Story Behind the Induction:
On Saturday night, 9/19/09, Tom was inducted into the Solanco Athletic Hall of Fame. Among his many accomplishments in Soccer & Basketball, he is most recognized for his Track & Field Records. Among many school records & placing 3rd in the State his Junior & Senior years of High School, he set the L-L League Meet Record for the Long Jump at 23'-10-1/4". Tom set that record in 1984 (after suffering a broken leg during soccer season) & his record still stands today - 25 years later!!!
Attached are a few pictures of the Induction. His U-12 Travel team came out in support of their coach. This made Tom's night even better!!!
