Dear Families,
We hope this message finds you well and as excited as we are for the upcoming soccer season! As we gear up for another great year of soccer, we need your help to prepare our fields. We’re organizing a volunteer day to build and set up the soccer fields, and we’d love to see as many of you as possible out there lending a hand.
Event Details:
📅 Date: Saturday, March 8th, 2025 (Weather Permitting) Make-Up Date: Saturday, March 15th, 2025
🕒 Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm (Show up at anytime, just contact me to coordinate location)
📍 Location: Meet at Smith Middle School on the back U10 Soccer Fields (645 Kirkwood Pike, Quarryville, PA 17566)
👟 What to Bring: Work/Athletic Shoes & Clothing (Fields can be wet and you can get paint on your clothes)
Tasks will include setting up goals, layout of fields, lining the fields, set field flags, and other general setup activities. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm, a willingness to help. This is a great chance to meet other soccer families and support our community.
